European Cucumbers (or “euros”), unlike regular cucumbers, are not waxed to look shiny, but they are individually wrapped to protect their delicate skin and retain moisture. These delicious cucumbers are defined by a thin edible skin and usually, they are longer and narrower than regular cucumbers.Today, our crisp cukes feature edible skins; vitamin C and fiber.

The shelf life of the European Cucumber (Seedless Cucumber), like that of most vegetables and fruits, depends heavily on a correct pre-cooling and that the cold chain does not break, when conditions are right, the European Cucumber (Seedless Cucumber) can have a maximum shelf life of 15 days.

7.-CONTROLS DURING DISTRIBUTION
During the time of distribution the product must be stored at a regulated temperature between (50 º– 54º) F, if temperature is too low, there is a risk of freezing, and if it is too high, the product will lose rigidity.
